1864-S 25C VF35 PCGS. This Civil War-era date was little-saved at the time of release, and with just 20,000 coins struck, it is little wonder that survivors are scarce regardless of condition. This Choice VF survivor has pale silver-gray centers with gold-orange toning at the faintly lustrous borders. Minimally abraded and attractive.
