1866 25C Motto VF20 PCGS. A gunmetal-gray better-date quarter with blushes of apple-green on the reverse field. LIBERTY is sharp and marks are minimal. A mere 16,800 pieces were issued, since unbacked fractional currency drove out silver coin. Encapsulated in a green label holder.
