Description
1867 XF 45 ANACS. An attractive circulated example, with the obverse toned light gold in the centers and darker iridescent blue at the rims, while the reverse is more solidly colored iridescent sea-green and purple at the rims. This coin shows few distracting surface marks despite its obvious time in circulation. One of just 20,000 pieces struck prior to an extensive melting, making it elusive in all grades.
