1870 25C MS63 PCGS. The 1870 is a scarcer date among early With Motto issues. Most high grade examples show some trace of prooflikeness or semi-prooflikeness in the fields. This piece is brilliant and has just a trace of reflectivity on each side. The devices are sharply struck, and there are minimal abrasions present.
