1872 Seated Quarter, MS64
Attractive, Prooflike Fields
1872 25C MS64 PCGS. Briggs 2-B. A very flashy and highly
reflective coin that is well defined in most areas. Each side shows
subtle golden patina that adds considerable character to the
overall eye appeal of this lovely coin. Housed in a green label
holder. An excellent value for an MS64 piece, and a much scarcer
date in the better grades of Mint State with only 13 other pieces
so graded by PCGS and two finer (9/14).Ex: New York Signature (Heritage, 11/2003), lot 6187.(Registry values: P4)
