1872-S 25C Good 6 PCGS. The Seated quarter series has many semi-key and key-date issues, such as the 1872-S that is scarce in all grades. This lovely example has natural pewter-gray surfaces with hints of toning. Some would grade this piece VG as the obverse shield shows five letters in LIBERTY.(Registry values: P8)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23UT, PCGS# 5483, Greysheet# 5206)
