Description
1873 25C No Arrows XF 40 "Reverse Ruffness, Cleaned" SEGS. Closed 3. Briggs 3-B. Numerous light hairlines betray this coin's old mishandling. In addition, scattered dark toning spots and light porosity have taken their toll on the reverse's eye appeal. Quite scarce in any level of preservation, this piece's adequate definition is easily its most meritorious feature.
