    1875-CC Quarter, Frosty MS65+
    Conditionally Rare Carson City Issue

1875-CC 25C MS65+ PCGS. CAC. Briggs 2-B. The 1875-CC Seated quarter is a low-mintage issue (140,000 pieces struck), scarce in all Mint State grades and extremely rare as fine as the Gem level. The surfaces of this piece are softly frosted, as usual, and mostly brilliant with just a touch of light champagne, lilac, and pale aquamarine color over portions of each side. Fully struck in all areas except for the radials on stars 12 and 13. The only mark of note is a horizontal scrape in the right obverse field out from the knee of Liberty, noted only for the sake of accuracy. Population: 3 in 65 (1 in 65+), 1 finer (7/15).
