    Description

1875-CC 25C XF45 NGC. Briggs 2-B. Warm golden highlights enhance the silver-gray surfaces of this scarce Carson City quarter, which saw a low mintage of just 140,000 pieces. A perfect "collector coin" with no discernible faults for the assigned grade other than a slight rim mark at 5 o'clock on the obverse, that appears to be more of a shiny spot in the patina than any kind of rim bruise. Census: 5 in 45, 34 finer (9/14).(Registry values: P4)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23UY, PCGS# 5499)

    Weight: 6.25 grams

    Metal: 90% Silver, 10% Copper
