Description

1876-CC 25C MS 61 Right Obverse Field Marks SEGS. Briggs 2-A. Despite a powerful overall impression, this specimen displays slight incompleteness of detail on the top of Liberty's head, several of the star centers, isolated areas of the denticles, and the top of the eagle's neck. Lustrous and largely mark-free, this specimen exhibits gorgeous golden-gray toning that yields to russet highlights about the borders. Three neatly spaced milling marks in the right obverse field account for the low Uncirculated grade.
