1878 25C MS64 PCGS. Rich orange-gold, cherry-red, and apple-green toning adorns this shimmering and well struck near-Gem. Lower mintage than the 1875 to 1877 Philadelphia issues, probably due to the resumption of silver dollar production. Population: 20 in 64, 15 finer (5/09).(Registry values: P2)
