Reflective Low-Mintage 1879 Quarter, MS66
1879 25C MS66 NGC. This sparkling Premium Gem displays
expectedly prooflike surfaces due to the low mintage of only 13,600
coins. The silver-white fields are highly reflective, with thick
mint frost on the devices. A strong loupe reveals only faint
dotlike luster grazes here and there, although this is quibbling in
relation to the piece's obvious appeal. Census: 34 in 66, 31 finer
