Remarkable Prooflike MS66 1879 Quarter
1879 25C MS66 Prooflike NGC. CAC. Type Two Reverse. As with many other low-mintage issues of the late 19th century, the 1879 quarter has a significant percentage of reflective survivors. Few of those coins, though, can boast the eye appeal of this Prooflike Premium Gem. Sharply struck devices accompany fields that are nearly immaculate save for a few reed marks between AMERICA and the wing.
