Description

1880 25C MS64 PCGS. While the fields are bright and flashy with ample reflectivity, they are not strong enough to confuse this coin with a proof--a problem that frequently occurred before third-party grading. Both sides are brilliant and completely untoned, and strong striking details are seen throughout. Always popular because of the low emission of business strikes, only 13,600 pieces were produced.
