1880 25C MS66 PCGS. Only 13,600 Quarters were produced at the Philadelphia mint in 1880, and surviving business strike examples are not easily found in top grades. This well-struck example is free of any significant abrasions, and, as befits a low-mintage issue, displays solid reflectivity in the fields.
