Brilliant Prooflike MS67 1881 Quarter
1881 25C MS67 Prooflike NGC. Icy devices and legends contrast with the flashy fields. This carefully preserved high-grade example is well struck, since only the star 8 lacks crisp centrils. Only 12,000 business strikes were produced, since the Bland-Allison Act kept the Mint occupied with silver dollar coinage.From The Beau Clerc Collection.(Registry values: P2)
