Description
1883 25C AU 50 Cleaned. A few light hairlines are visible from an old cleaning, but the coin does not appear all that bad, as it has acquired a nice layer of medium gray retoning, with gold and blue highlights and ivory visible on the devices. Yet another scarce, low mintage issue from the Philadelphia mint, one of just 15,439 pieces coined.
