1886 25C MS65 PCGS. This low-total mintage issue is a
perennial collector favorite. The fields of this piece display the
usual semiprooflike finish that one would expect from a coin with a
mintage of only 5,000 strikes for circulation. The surfaces are
brilliant throughout and there are no obvious abrasions to disturb
