Not Sold Description
1886 MS 65 PCGS. This coin boasts the second lowest mintage of all With Motto Seated quarters with only 5,000 produced as business strikes, second only to the exceedingly rare 1870-CC. This is a boldly struck, pristine example that is as bright and fresh as the day it was struck. The coin is totally white and has a pronounced cameo effect with deeply mirrored fields reflecting against frosted devices. Population: 6 in 65, 4 finer.
