Description1887 25C MS65 PCGS. CAC. This softly frosted Gem shows light gold patina over otherwise untoned silver surfaces. A single obverse field scrape determines the grade, but plenty of eye appeal remains on this coin, which is close to a full strike. The low mintage was 10,000 circulation strikes.
