1889 25C MS67 PCGS. The 1889 quarter, with a minuscule mintage of 12,000 business strikes, is typically encountered in MS64 to MS66 grades. Superb Gems, such as the coin offered here, are more elusive. Attractive mint frost adorns both sides. The design features are sharply impressed, and the untoned surfaces are carefully preserved.
