Superb Gem 1890 Seated Liberty Quarter
Only Five Coins Certified Finer
1890 25C MS67 NGC. The majority of top-quality 1890 Seated
Liberty quarters are proofs rather than business strikes. The
mintage was just 80,000 coins, and few have survived in the highest
grades. This example has soft, frosty silver luster with
predominately brilliant silver surfaces that are accented by a
faint trace of peripheral gold toning. Census: 22 in 67, 5 finer
