Description

Delightful 1891 Seated Quarter, MS66

1891 25C MS66 NGC. The final year of issue for the Seated Liberty design saw a production of nearly 4 million quarters in Philadelphia, but surprising is the low population for such a large mintage. This issue is a rarity in higher grades, especially as a Premium Gem. The pristine surfaces and full luster hides beneath incredible iridescent toning. Census: 28 in 66, 15 finer (10/09).(Registry values: P1)
