Description
1851 25C VF 30 SEGS, Briggs 1-A, deeply toned in charcoal and yellow-gray hues; and an 1852 XF 45 Whizzed SEGS, Briggs 2-B, the sandy-yellow surfaces have, unfortunately, been ground down by an unwise numismatist. This is a suitable offering of two P-mint quarters whose issues suffered heavy melting during the Gold Rush era.
