1877-CC 25C VG 10 SEGS, Type Two Reverse, Small CC, variegated shades of gray patina decorate each side of this heavily worn example; (2) 1877-CC VF 30 Old Cleaning, Type Two Reverse, Large CC, both are moderately toned in crimson-gray patina over light, scattered hairlines; 1877-CC VF 30 Obverse Marks, Type Two Reverse, Large CC, sandy-brown toning overlays both sides, but is unable to conceal the small digs that pepper the obverse; 1877-CC VF 30, Type Two Reverse, Large CC, a small dig in the field hear Liberty's ankle is worthy of individual attention; 1877-CC XF 40 Dipped, Type Two Reverse, Large CC, dipped and naturally retoned in pleasing golden-gray hues; 1877-CC XF 40, Type Two Reverse, Large CC, nicely detailed within the confines of this grade level; and an 1877-CC AU 50 Ancient Polishing, Type Two Reverse, Large CC, despite light champagne and russet accents, a budding jeweler clearly buffed this coin to a high sheen. All coins are SEGS encapsulated.
