Description
1880 25C XF 45 SEGS, Briggs 1-A, essentially untoned, nicely detailed, and possessed of numerous small contact marks; and an 1881 AU 58 Cleaned SEGS, Briggs 1-A, closely knit hairlines and an uneven distribution call into question the authenticity of this specimen's sandy-yellow patina.
