1891-O 25C VG 10 Obverse Scratches SEGS, Briggs 3-C, heavily worn, this specimen displays several prominent pinscratches throughout the obverse; and an 1891-O VG 10 SEGS, Briggs 1-A, while both sides of this scarce O-mint issue exhibit pleasing lavender-charcoal patina, the reverse rim has begun to encroach upon the peripheral devices.
