    1873 25C Arrows PR63 PCGS Secure. Briggs 5-D. Although no Cameo designation is present, Liberty and the eagle are nonetheless frosty, and contrast with the glassy and brilliant fields. The margins offer iridescent and attractive multicolor toning. The Arrows, Motto subtype is rare in proof format, as just 500 such pieces were coined in 1873, along with an additional 700 pieces in 1874, the final year with arrows bookending the date.(Registry values: P3) (NGC ID# 23XR, PCGS# 5574)
