    Cameo Gem 1873 No Arrows Quarter

    1873 25C No Arrows PR65 Cameo PCGS. Light rose toning enriches the rims, while the remainder of this needle-sharp Gem is brilliant. 600 Closed 3, No Arrows proofs were struck. Later that year, Open 3, No Arrows business strikes (but no proofs) were coined. Finally, arrows were added to the date to reflect a tiny weight change, and further proofs and commercial strikes were issued. Census: 2 in 65 Cameo, 3 finer (6/06).
