    NGC 1855 Arrows MS 64. A scarcer issue within the Arrows series with not that many mint state coins known. This is a lightly toned coin that shows much of each side as essentially free from color while deeper shades are seen at the rims. The strike on the obverse is quite strong but the eagle's leg on the reverse is weakly impressed. Population: 2 in 64, 3 finer. (NGC ID# 23U8, PCGS# 5435)
