1866 5C Rays MS65 NGC. A remarkable Gem, this brilliant light gray example has heavy die polish in the obverse fields, imparting a full prooflike appearance. The reverse is satiny and lustrous. Despite some peripheral weakness, the overall presentation is outstanding.
