1867 5C Rays MS64 PCGS. The more challenging of the two With Rays issues, the 1867 has a mintage of just over 2 million pieces, and few such coins were saved at the time of issue. Pastel blue and nickel-gray patina graces the lustrous surfaces of this Choice example. Both the obverse and reverse margins show evidence of die buckling. PCGS has graded only 18 pieces finer (8/07).(Registry values: N1793)
