1867 5C Rays MS65 NGC. The elusive With Rays 1867 five cent is seldom encountered in Gem quality. Lustrous surfaces exhibit streaks of golden-tan over each side and possess sharply struck design elements. A few grade-consistent marks and flecks are unimportant.
