1879 5C MS66 PCGS. The 1879 is a better date with a meager
commercial mintage of 25,900 pieces. Booming cartwheel luster
sweeps this crisply struck and smooth Premium Gem. Medium
wheat-gold and olive-green toning evenly visits both sides.
Pristine save for a tiny tick near the 2 o'clock point of the
uppermost star. PCGS Population: 30 in 66 (3 in 66+), 3 finer
