1883/2 5C XF45 NGC. FS-302. An underlying 2 is clearly visible slightly left of the 3, and a die break runs from the rim through the 3 and the ball of the shield. Both attributes are visible in the Cherrypickers' photo as well. Consistent nickel-gray patina encompasses both sides of this Choice XF piece.Auction Info
