    Description

    1872 5C PR64 PCGS. FS-7, Fletcher-8. The upper obverse is strongly die doubled, with the annulet serving as the pick-up point. The base of the S in CENTS is absent, as made due to a lapped die. Apricot and powder-blue hues. The reverse field has a few very faint handling marks.
