Description
British Administration Bronzed Dollar 1791, KM6a (36mm), PR62 BN NGC; the cataloguer is not sure why this was not graded higher as it is quite choice, and the color an appealing deep chestnut brown with delicate bluish hues. Bronzed copper. The standard for striking all of these was to provide polished or finished plain edges with high squared-off rims. Variance occurred for sizes, based mainly on denominational values. We have given sizes in millimeters throughout this section as an aid to collectors.Metal: Copper
