Description
1892 Columbus Bust, HK-230, MS64 NGC. Bronze, 38.1 mm, "very scarce" (HK, 1963). A lustrous piece bearing the bareheaded bust of Columbus, with considerable mint red still in evidence over the predominant brown surfaces. A couple of tiny carbon spots prevent a Gem grade but not interfere with admiration of this lovely piece.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 661050)
