1917 Thomas Elder World War I, HK-885, MS62 NGC. Aluminum, 38.1 mm, "very scarce" (HK, 1963). According to the Hibler-Kappen reference, "All Elder issues were limited and these medals [miscellaneous World War I issues] extremely so."
