    1900 Lesher Dollar, A.B. Bumstead, Type One, MS63 PCGS. Zerbe-2, HK-788, R.5. Serial #578. Grocer A.B. Bumstead was an early Lesher customer and ordered several hundred pieces, although survivors are scarce today. Type One examples have scrollwork on each side of the fasces. Type Two pieces omit that scrollwork. This well struck example displays deep uniform blue-green toning. A cluster of threads was struck into the upper left reverse, as made.
