George V partial Proof set 1934, including: the 1/2 Penny, PF64 BN; the Penny, PF65 BN; the Sixpence, PF63; and the Shilling, PF64--all NGC graded. The two silver coins have the same patina from being stored in the same area for a long time. The copper coins are a lighter brown color than usually seen on the type--most likely from an early lacquering. There were only 24 sets issued. Over the years, we have seen many of these sets broken up and offered as single coins. Although we are not sure why, it would be nice if the next caretaker of these coins would take the baton and run with it to complete this set.
