Republic gold Veld Pond 1902, KM11, AU55 NGC, struck during the siege at Pilgrim's Rest in the last year of the Boer War. One of 986 pieces struck and many are damaged from jewelry use. This piece is one of the finer examples extant.Metal: Gold
