Alfonso XIII Peseta 1889(89) MP-M MS64 NGC, Madrid mint, KM691, Cay-17608. The far rarer of just two available dates for this 'Baby Head' type, with only around one sixth of the mintage of the subsequent 1891 issue, and even more exquisite in this near gem grade--presently the single finest across NGC and PCGS by two grade points. Lavishly struck from highly polished dies with effortless cartwheel luster and light iridescent tone, and by far the finest we have seen.Metal: Silver
