1916 Standing Liberty Quarter
VG Details

1916 25C -- Scratch -- PCGS Genuine. VG Details. The 1916 Standing Liberty quarter represents one of the most challenging acquisitions for series collectors, making any example -- even low-grade and impaired -- a sought-after coin. This worn VG-level piece displays bright slate-gray surfaces with myriad hairlines and small marks. PCGS calls attention to several short scratches; on the obverse, they appear above and below IN, between the TY, and over the lower portion of the shield, while on the reverse they are to be found at the E in UNITED and the first S in STATES.
