1916 25C --Obverse Scratch, Cleaned, Retoned--VF 30 SEGS. Desirable as a mid-grade example, there is a horizontal scratch visible on the obverse. The surfaces portray a muted steel-gray and yellow appearance from having been cleaned at one time. Still, one of the most popular coins of this century.
