1917-S 25C Type One MS67 Full Head NGC. Medium olive-green and golden-brown toning graces this outstanding Type One Superb Gem. The strike is unimprovable, and the lustrous surfaces are detraction-free. The scarcest of the 1917 PDS Type One issues, due to a lower mintage and a smaller number of West Coast collectors.
