Near-Mint 1918/7-S Quarter
1918/7-S 25C AU58 NGC. Many collectors seek coins that fall in the higher numerical level of the AU grade, providing an attractive collection that is still rather affordable. Locating a properly graded AU55 or AU58 example of this overdate is quite a challenge. This specimen is boldly detailed, save for Liberty's head, with the overdate feature especially prominent. Both sides have nearly full mint luster with satiny silver surfaces. Slight traces of wear on the highpoints of the obverse and reverse designs are consistent with the grade assigned by NGC. An important opportunity for the advanced collector.(Registry values: N4719)
