Description

1918-D 25C MS65 PCGS. The 1918-D is a slightly better date, particularly in high grade. Despite what certified population reports might indicate, this Denver issue is less frequently auctioned in non-Full Head MS65 in Full Head. This piece has satiny, untoned luster and minimal abrasions. Minor weakness is seen on the usual design elements, including Liberty's head, the shield rivets, and the eagle's breast. The date is clear. Population: 57 in 65, 25 finer (3/16).
