1919 25C MS66+ PCGS Secure. CAC. This frosty, radiantly lustrous Premium Gem displays a hint of champagne tinting overall with olive accents along the right obverse border. No abrasions are seen. Liberty's toes, the shield rivets, date, and stars are sharply defined, and Liberty's head shows weakness only on the temple.
