1919 25C MS67 PCGS. CAC. Radiant cartwheel luster emanates from both sides of this Superb Gem quarter. Contact marks are few and far between, but the eye appeal is over the top. The strike is excellent, with all shield rivets bold and a 90% full head. A super coin for collectors who obsess about overall quality rather than one area of the coin.
